Making an order is very simple. Select the item(s) you would like to have and add these to your cart. After that you follow the steps until you see a confirmation that your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox after you have placed your order.

No, you do not need an account to place your order.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address given in the order.

Once you’ve placed your order, it is automatically sent to the fulfillment company where your order will be processed. That means, it is not possible to change your order after you’ve placed it. So make sure that you have checked all the information before you place your order!

Once you’ve completed your order, which includes the payment, your order can not be canceled. You can return the item(s) once you have received it and get a refund. Please read the Return Policy for more information.

When you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send an email via the contactform. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence so we can see what has gone wrong.


I do my best to make that possible. If you cannot select your country when placing the order, this means that unfortunately, shipping to your country is not within the possibilities at the moment.

You cannot change the address once your order has been confirmed. Your order is immediately sent to the fulfillment company where your order is being processed. So make sure you check everything before completing your order!

It will take a few business days to prepare the order if the item is in stock. You will receive an email when your order is on its way. The email will include a Track & Trace link so you can follow your package! Shipping generally takes around 7-10 working days for deliveries within Europe and 12-30 days for the rest of the world.

It is not possible to collect your item(s) from the warehouse. The only possible method of receiving your item(s) is through postal delivery

Depending on your country, you may have to pay duties, taxes or import fees. 

The shipping rates of Itchy Boots only cover the actual shipping of the product(s).

You are responsible for the payment of these local import duties and taxes, which will be imposed on you by your country’s customs service. When you refuse to pay these duties, the order will be sent back to Itchy Boots and you will be refunded. Although a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping costs for your order are not only based on the country the parcel is sent to but also on the weight of the parcel. The heavier the parcel, the higher the price for shipping.

Return Policy

Yes, you can return your bought item, for any reason, within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

  1. undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn and unwashed;
  2. in the same state that it was sold to you
  3. in the original packaging, with the labels or tags attached
  4. and with the receipt or proof of purchase

If the product is damaged by you, or incomplete, no refund will be possible.

When your returned item meets the requirements mentioned above, a refund will be made via the same method of payment as the order. Please take note of the Return Policy for more information.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, this includes the cost of the product and the standard delivery costs, but it won’t include the costs you have made to return the item to Itchy Boots.

I advise you to use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance when you return the product(s).

You will be notified immediately on the status of your refund after the item has been received and inspected.

If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated through the same method of payment as when the order was placed.

Please note that it always takes some time before a refund arrives at your credit card or bank account. Once you have received an email that the refund has been granted, it will take up to 2 weeks before it will be visible on your bank account or credit card. Haven’t you received your refund after 3 weeks, please send an email
