Making an order is very simple. Select the item(s) you would like to have and add these to your cart. After that you follow the steps until you see a confirmation that your order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox after you have placed your order.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email on the email address given in the order.
Once you’ve completed your order, which includes the payment, your order can not be canceled. You can return the item(s) once you have received it and get a refund. Please read the Return Policy for more information.
When you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send an email via the contactform. We may ask you to provide photographic evidence so we can see what has gone wrong.

You cannot change the address once your order has been confirmed. Your order is immediately sent to the fulfillment company where your order is being processed. So make sure you check everything before completing your order!
It will take a few business days to prepare the order if the item is in stock. You will receive an email when your order is on its way. The email will include a Track & Trace link so you can follow your package! Shipping generally takes around 7-10 working days for deliveries within Europe and 12-30 days for the rest of the world. It is not possible to collect your item(s) from the warehouse. The only possible method of receiving your item(s) is through postal delivery

Shipping costs for your order are not only based on the country the parcel is sent to but also on the weight of the parcel. The heavier the parcel, the higher the price for shipping.
