We hope you will love everything that you order from Itchy Boots but if you do not like your new purchase, you may return the Product(s), for any reason, within fourteen (14) days after receipt of your Product(s).
In order to invoke the right of cancellation, you are required to inform Itchy Boots by sending an email including the fully filled standard form for revocation via the contact form within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Product.
You should treat the Product and the packaging with care during the fourteen-day term. You may unwrap the Product or use it only as far as needed to establish the nature, features and operation of the Product. The guiding principle for this use is that you may only handle and inspect the Product as you would be permitted to do so in a shop.
We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn and unwashed Products (other than to try the Product(s) on and in the same state that it was sold to you). For hygiene reasons, our tubed scarfs and caps cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Please note that where possible, any labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) should be returned in or with its original packaging.
The right of cancellation is excluded in the following events:
When invoking the right of cancellation, you will immediately, at least within fourteen (14) days after notifying Itchy Boots of your request to cancel the purchase, return the Products to Itchy Boots.
You will be responsible for returning the Product in its original condition with the tags attached, including the shipping costs for returning the Product. It is advised that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. Itchy Boots cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received in good order.
If you cancel the Agreement in accordance with these terms, Itchy Boots will process a refund to you as soon as possible, at least within fourteen (14) days, after Itchy Boots has received the returned Product and verified compliance with the Return Policy. A refund will be made via the same method of payment as of the order, unless agreed upon differently. This refund includes the standard delivery costs of the order made.
In the event that you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please note that it always takes some processing time before a refund is issued. In the event that you have already contacted your payment carriers and banks and regardless you have not gotten your refund yet, please get in touch with us via our contact form.
In case you received a defect Product please contact us by sending an email via our contact form. We may ask you to provide us with photographic evidence.
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund when the Product is defect. We will offer an exchange for unworn items returned in their original condition and packaging. Please be aware that all return costs are at your expense. Products that are returned as faulty and show signs of damage which are not the result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious or wearer related damages.
Damaged Products during shipment
Make sure you check your Product(s) once you receive your package. Any harm from delivery must be accounted for to Itchy Boots within 30 days of receipt of the item(s). In the event that you get your Product(s) and it has been damaged during shipment, please email via our contact form immediately and include an image and description of the damaged Product(s). This information is very useful to us in ensuring that our items are bundled and sent appropriately. We will issue a refund for the damaged Product(s) and you can make the order again or we will have the damaged Product(s) replaced.
